In connection with June 1 - International Children's Day, the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK) organized a master class on the topic "Know your rights."
The event, held at the Center for Advanced Training and Personnel Development of the Academy of Labor and Social Relations of the AHIK, was attended by children of union members.
First, the children were given information about the Academy. Yusif Agayev, Acting Rector of the Academy of Labor and Social Relations, greeted the children and congratulated them on this significant day.
The event discussed children's rights and freedoms, and provided information about the measures taken in our country to protect them.
It was emphasized that under the leadership of our Head of State, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, special importance is attached to the protection of children's rights in our country, all conditions have been created for their growth and education as healthy, comprehensive, worthy children of the Motherland. It was noted that children with special needs and are deprived of parental care are in the attention of our state. Children were also advised to work for the future development of our country as citizens of an independent, sovereign, victorious Azerbaijan, to study well, and to acquire knowledge for this. A presentation on children's rights was made at the event, and a video clip was shown about the attention and care shown by our state to children. Also, in the master class, the participants were given tasks on the topic, and group work was performed. At the end, the participants were presented with certificates and gifts.
