An event dedicated to the application of practical and interdisciplinary international programs was held at the Academy of Labor and social relations of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation.
The meeting was attended by the leadership of the Academy, teaching staff, representatives of “HBN Group” LLC.
Acting rector of the Academy, Yusif Agayev emphasized the importance of forming a workforce with a high level of competence in ensuring sustainable development of society against the background of the growing demands of the labor market. He also spoke about the important effects of Education based on international standards on creating new jobs, increasing labor productivity and social welfare.
At the event, executive director of “HBN Group” LLC Tariyel Dovlatov and Cisco expert Farid Amirov made presentations on IOSH, the European leader in the number of Occupational Health and safety specialists, as well as Cisco Systems, the global leader in the field of network technologies and internet equipment.
Saadat Aliyeva, head of the AESMA department, spoke about the importance of creating training programs and examination centers, and said that such initiatives create conditions for confirming the knowledge and skills of both students and employees with international certificates.
The participants ' questions were answered, their comments and suggestions were heard.
