The conference, organized by the Turkish trade union Memur-Sen Confederation, was dedicated to ensuring social justice in the workplace during the digital transformation era and the responsibilities of trade unions in this regard.
Tural Suleymanov, Head of the Department for the Protection of Labor and Socio-Economic Rights of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK), also participated in the event, which was attended by about 200 trade union representatives from more than 40 countries around the world. Tural Suleymanov spoke at a panel discussion organized within the framework of the event on the topic of "Ensuring social justice in the workplace and eliminating inequality in income distribution."
