
The Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHİK) implements systematic measures for more reliable protection of labour rights of union members, introduces innovations based on modern realities and challenges. One of these innovations is the improvement of the process of receiving citizens. Thus, all conditions have been created in the administrative building of the Confederation for the reception of citizens, their convenient application and prompt consideration of applications. Those who come for appointments are received according to the established schedule by the Confederation's leadership and responsible staff, their appeals are carefully listened to, and appropriate measures are taken. It should be noted that the reception schedule of citizens is posted on the AHİK website.
One of the innovations in the Confederation is the creation of a Call Center. The center is equipped with modern technical equipment. Applications are accepted by operators, citizens are given appropriate explanations. Applications requiring investigation are recorded, sent to the relevant structural units of the Confederation for taking action and their implementation is monitored.
Citizens are also provided with the opportunity to submit appeals electronically through the Confederation’s official website, “ahik.org”.
The innovations introduced serve to increase citizen satisfaction and increase transparency.
