The inter-institutional mini football tournament dedicated to the 102nd anniversary of our National Leader Heydar Aliyev's birth and the 80th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences has come to an end.
In the final of the tournament, held with the support of the Presidium of the Academy and the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, and organized by the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences(ANAS)Free Trade Union the team of the Republican Seismological Service Center defeated the team of the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of the Academy.
The award ceremony was attended by the President of ANAS, Isa Habibbayli, members of the ANAS Presidium, Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, Hikmat Osmanov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Free Trade Union, Sanan Hasanov, and Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of Scientific Organizations, Habil Gurbanov.
The championship trophy and medals were presented to the winning team. The teams that placed second and third were awarded certificates and medals.
