Those who wish to obtain vouchers for sanatoriums and recreation centers can apply by registering via QR code or by contacting the “Kurort” Tourism Information Center of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation at the following phone numbers: (012) 492-50-10, (012) 492-75-53, (050) 328-38-77, (050) 328-38-11.
To ensure prompt responses to inquiries and customer satisfaction, a Call Center has been established at the “Kurort” Tourism Information Center, where more than 35 staff members are currently providing service.
Starting from June, the launch of the E-AHIK electronic reservation system is also planned. This will also provide the opportunity to obtain vouchers in a fully electronic format. After the application is received, the applicant will be informed about the approval or rejection.
If approved, payment details will be provided, and once the payment is made, the electronic voucher will be sent to the applicant's email address. If a recreation center is selected and there is no existing contract with that center or no availability for the selected dates, alternative options will be offered.
It should be noted that since the Center began operations on November 25, 2024, more than 22,000 applications have been received, and over 15,000 vouchers have been issued. Other applications are currently being reviewed.
The innovations applied in the issuance of vouchers are based on the principle of priority, aiming to improve the quality of sanatorium-resort services and make the process more transparent and efficient.
